> Experience of various team structures, matrix management environments, offshore vendor relationships and development methodologies. I have travelled extensively, which is always a bonus when first dealing with technicians or business people from around the globe.
> Management of the workload of teams of programmers and designers, reporting progress back to management.
> I speak French to conversational level and a little Spanish and German.
> I have a full, clean, UK driving licence.
